    [Resolved] Subset of Customers Experiencing Intermittent Connectivity 

    Hello,

    One of our 3rd Party Datacenter Providers has alerted us that they are seeing intermittent connectivity on their internal networks that will result in sites failing to connect. They are diligently working on the issue and we are communicating with them. We will provide an update as soon as one is available.

    Update 12:58PM Central: We are seeing some sites returning to normal operation while others continue to be impacted. We will provide another update as soon as one is available.

    Update 1:11PM Central: Our 3rd Party Datacenter Provider has informed us and our internal monitoring has confirmed all servers are operating as expected.

    [Resolved] Git Push Service Disruption 

    Hello,

    We are aware of a service disruption to our Git Push service, our Engineering team is working to restore functionality as soon as possible. We will provide an update when one is available.

    [Resolved] Network Connectivity Issues for Subset of Sites 

    Hello,

    We have been informed by one of our 3rd Party Datacenter Providers that a network switch has failed which is impacting a subset of sites on our platform. They are working as fast as possible to replace the failed switch which will bring sites back online. We will provide an update as soon as one is available.

    Update 10:47AM Central: Our 3rd Party Datacenter Provider continues to work on replacing the affected switch, there is no ETA however they are working as fast as possible. We will provide an update when one is available.

    Update 10:59AM Central: Sites are returning to normal operation, we will update once we have confirmation they are all back online.

    [Resolved] Intermittent User Portal Failures 

    Hello,

    We are experiencing intermittent connectivity for functions inside of the User Portal, this would include, but not limited to, utilizing Backup Points, creating SFTP users, creating new installs. If you receive an error during a User Portal activity please wait a few minutes and try again. We will provide an update as soon as one is available.

    Update 4:40pm Central: We are seeing failure rates decrease and functions complete successfully. If you receive an error please retry, we are still investigating the remainder of failures.

    Update 5:30pm Central: We haven’t seen an error in some time and as such this issue is resolved.

    [Resolved] Intermittent Connectivity for Subset of Sites 

    Hello,

    A subset of sites are experiencing intermittent connectivity issues. Our Engineering team are in touch with our datacenter provider to troubleshoot the issue. We will provide an update as soon as one is available.

     

    Update 7:20PM Central: Our Engineering team continues to troubleshoot with our datacenter provider. If you have recently migrated and are impacted please ensure you are pointing to the correct IP address to avoid issues.

     

    Update 7:36PM Central: The issue is resolved and our Engineering team is working with our datacenter provider to establish root cause. All services should be back up and operational at this time. If you continue to see issues with your WP Engine instance, please contact our Support team.

    [Resolved] Error When Attempting to Use Copy Site in the User Portal 

    Hello,

    We have received reports that using the Copy Site function in the User Portal returns a “There’s not enough space to copy your install. Please contact Support.” error. Our Engineers are investigating the issue and we expect functionality to return shortly. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Update 12:00PM Central: Our Engineers were able to resolve the issue, please run the Copy Site function again if you experienced this issue previously.

    [Resolved] CDN Intermittent for International Visitors 

    Hello,

    We are receiving reports that CDN enabled resources are loading intermittently for International Visitors. We are currently working with our CDN provider to investigate the issue. We will provide an update when one is available.

    Update 10:05am Central: Our Engineering team has replicated the issue and continues to work with our CDN provider to investigate the issue. If you believe to be impacted you can disable CDN which will resolve the immediate issue.

    Update 10:15am Central: Our CDN provider has identified the issue and is working to resolve it now.

    Update 10:29am Central: Our CDN provider has resolved the issue and we have confirmed with affected sites that the CDN is now resolving appropriately.

    [Resolved] Intermittent Issues Creating or Cloning Installs 

    Hello,

    We have observed intermittent issues when attempting to create  a new install or clone an install. An error would be given if the install isn’t created correctly or cloned correctly. Our Engineering team is investigating the issue, we will update this post when we have further information.

    Update 5:23PM Central: Our Engineers believe they have found the root cause of the issue and are currently working towards resolution. We will provide an update when one is available.

    Update 5:31PM Central: Our Engineers have resolved the issue, if you received an error while attempting to perform one of these actions please now retry that action.

    [Resolved] Email Links Pointing to email.wpengine.com 

    Hello,

    We became aware of an issue in which links inside of emails generated from WordPress for a limited amount of emails were replaced with email.wpengine.com which broke the link. This issue has been resolved and only affected a limited number of emails. If you experienced this issue you will no longer be affected and emails moving forward will show the correct link.

    [Resolved] Subset of Sites Loading White Screen 

    Hello,

    We have discovered an issue in which a subset of sites that are on a WordPress version lower than 3.9 are currently loading a White Screen. If you are experiencing this please create a Support Ticket and our Support Team will resolve the issue immediately. Our Engineering team is in the process of identifying these sites and proactively resolving the issue.

    We will provide an update when one is available and we apologize for the inconvenience.

    Update 6:40 AM Central: Our Engineering team has identified and resolved all sites affected by the issue. If for some reason you are still experiencing these symptoms, please contact our Support team to further investigate.
