    [Resolved] Scheduled Git Maintenance on Sunday, December 7th 

    We will be performing scheduled maintenance on our Git infrastructure on Sunday, Dec 7th at 10:00 PM CST. During this time, Git functionality will be disabled. We expect the maintenance to last approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour. No other WP Engine services will be affected during this maintenance window.

    Update 10:55PM Central: We are still performing scheduled maintenance at this time. We will exceed the earlier estimated time allotted by 2 hours, as there have been unprecedented changes in the server environment since we estimated. We will provide another update as soon as one is available.

    Update 2:36AM Central: Thank you for your continued patience.  The Git maintenance is now complete and has been fully restored.

    [Resolved] Intermittent Connectivity Issues with CDN provider in the UK 

    Hello,

    Our third-party CDN provider is currently experiencing issues with their upstream provider in their London datacenter. This could lead to intermittent connectivity issues with your website. Our Technical Operations team is currently working with our CDN provider and we will provide an update as soon as we have any additional information.

    [Resolved] Intermittent Phone Issues 

    We are currently experiencing intermittent phone connectivity issues. We have escalated this with our 3rd party provider and they are troubleshooting the issue now. If you have any support needs we can still be reached via Live Chat in the WP Engine User Portal or through a ticket at help.wpengine.com. We will update this thread as soon as any  additional information becomes available.

    Update: The intermittent connection issues no longer exist. Our Support team will continue to monitor the phone system and will create a new blog post if any other issues arise.

    We are again experiencing issues with our 3rd party phone provider and as such our Support phone line is having intermittent issues. Please create a ticket or Live Chat with us. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working with our provider to troubleshoot the issue.

    LiveChat Support Currently Not Available [Resolved] 

    Our third-party LiveChat provider is currently experiencing issues. Our Technical Operations team has reached out to their support team and they are actively working the issue. If you need support in the meantime, please create a ticket at help.wpengine.com or call our Support team at 1-877-973-6446.

    Update: The issue has now resolved and LiveChat support is now available in your User Portal (my.wpengine.com).

    [Resolved] Connectivity Issues at Third Party Datacenter 

    During a scheduled maintenance this evening we have begun to experience connectivity issues. Our Technical Operations team is actively working with our third-party datacenter to troubleshoot and mitigate the issue right away. An update will be provided as soon as we have an more information.

    Update – Our Technical Operations team has resolved the connectivity issues and all sites should be resolving as expected.

    [Resolved] DNS Host Hover Reporting Issues 

    Hello,

    We have had numerous reports from customers, as well as other users on the internet about Hover having issues. Hover has since confirmed this via their status page, which can be found here: http://status.hover.com/

    If you are unable to reach your site and you use Hover as your DNS hosting provider, you will want to contact them for further information.

    Update: Per Hover’s status page the issue has been mitigated and all services should be working normally.
