3:32 pm EDT – We have begun reaching out to those affected with a new IP address to point their domain name to.
11:40 am EDT – We are still in the process of configuring firewall/load balancer settings for the new IP address as well as getting setup with our DDoS mitigation provider.
10:18 am EDT – We are have received a new IP address and are in the process of working with our DDoS mitigation provider as well as making necessary network and firewall configurations for this new IP address.
9:20 am EDT – We are currently working with our upstream provider to obtain a new IP address in order to retain a DDoS mitigation service to protect/defend against these types of attacks. We will be reaching out to affected customers directly momentarily with an update and next steps. We will continue to post status updates on this post.
