This morning we had reports of problems uploading media, such as images, which may have rendered the following error: “Failed to write file to disk”
This error only effected a small amount of our clients, and was caused by an issue in how images were being stored locally, before being moved into the cluster. We have resolved the issue.
To prevent the error in the future, we have implemented a “log rotator,” which will prevent this error from occurring again.
